- SHIPPING INFO: We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the UPS. Please Note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Why does it take 7-15 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety. We offer around 100 different designs. We offer all of our designs in about 60 different styles and colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep a warehouse the size of Costco to stock every single item. That just isn’t practical. So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don’t print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a day’s worth of orders, on the following day. Making custom tshirts is a labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to have a new set up each time, do a test print to make sure everything works and then make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you’re done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt. So yeah it is a lot of work to get a GoodTease out the door. So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently. The only way to “speed up†delivery is to take advantage of the cycle I just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages via UPS. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. We like to think we offer the best t-shirt experience. We use the highest quality shirts and the best printing method available. We think that is worth waiting for.

At GoodTease.com, we do not collect personally identifiable information unless our visitors voluntarily provide it to us. For some activities, such as online polls or surveys, we may ask visitors to provide information that is not personally identifiable. This might include first name only, city or state of residence, age, gender, or a favorite cartoon or character. For some other activities, such as subscribing to our updates letter, we may ask visitors to provide an e-mail address.
Visitors who order merchandise or other materials from the store at GoodTease.com will be required to provide their full name, billing and mailing addresses, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly a credit card number. If the order is being shipped to a third party, we will also need the recipient's name and mailing address. Before collecting information in connection with a store order, we will verify the validity of the purchaser's credit card. On occasion, we might solicit additional voluntary information regarding shoppers' personal shopping preferences.
We do not knowingly collect names and e-mail addresses from children under thirteen without notifying the parent via e-mail and giving the parent the option to remove their child's e-mail address from the applicable database for that activity. We do not knowingly collect the mailing address of a child under thirteen without obtaining verifiable consent from that child's parent. It is up to the child under thirteen to notify GoodTease.com of his or her age before submitting any information to the website.
When visitors come to our site, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable information such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows '95 or Mac OS) and browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and the domain name of the Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink).
II. How We Use the Information
We use visitors' personal information for internal purposes only, such as subscribing to our online updates letter, or to order from the store at GoodTease.com. We use parents' e-mail addresses to notify them when we have received personal information such as e-mail addresses from their children and to give parents the option to remove their child's name from our lists.
We only use the e-mail addresses of subscribers to our GoodTease.com updates letter to send them the requested letter(s). Each letter also includes instructions for subscription removal via return e-mail. GoodTease has the right to use e-mail addresses and mailing addresses to send promotion, sales and other information. However, we will NOT sell your information to anyone for any reason.
We never sell, rent, or otherwise share our visitors' personal information with third parties. We sometimes use non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site, and to improve our visitors' experience on GoodTease.com. We also may aggregate this information to analyze site usage, as well as to offer products, programs, or services.
We will disclose information we maintain as required by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a specific law enforcement agency's request.
We will not use or transfer personally identifiable information in ways that are materially different from the ones described above without also providing parental notification of such practices and obtaining consent for any materially different uses.

GoodTease.com uses a software technology called "cookies." Cookies are small text files that we place in visitors' computer browsers to store their preferences. Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information. Although cookies could enable us to relate a visitor's use of this web site to personal information that the visitor has provided, such as an e-mail address, we do not use cookies for this purpose. We do use cookies to determine how many visitors we have and how often they visit various sections of our site.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
We are particularly sensitive to visitors' security concerns regarding the use of credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. For orders placed in the store at GoodTease.com, we use a technology that automatically encrypts credit card data while information is being transmitted over the Internet, provided that the visitor's browser supports the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).

RETURNS:
We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the survey on your return form. Include the return form in your package. Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below. We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return. You can reach a Customer Service Agent by emailing orders@goodtease.com. Since most of our business is internet based, the quickest and easiest way to reach our staff regarding orders is via email. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you forward or include the confirmation email you received when placing the order in all emails. It speeds things up on our end, and makes the whole return process speedy and effiicent.
