SHIPPING INFO: We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the UPS. Please Note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Why does it take 7-15 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety. We offer around 100 different designs. We offer all of our designs in about 60 different styles and colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep a warehouse the size of Costco to stock every single item. That just isn't practical. So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don't print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a days worth of orders, on the following day. Making custom tshirts is a labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to have a new set up each time, do a test print to make sure everything works and then make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you're done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt. So yeah it is a lot of work to get a GoodTease out the door. So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday to Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a weeks worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently. The only way to speed up delivery is to take advantage of the cycle I just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages via UPS. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. We like to think we offer the best t-shirt experience. We use the highest quality shirts and the best printing method available. We think that is worth waiting for.
RETURNS:
We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the survey on your return form. Include the return form in your package.
Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below. We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.
You can reach a Customer Service Agent by emailing orders@goodtease.com. Since most of our business is internet based, the quickest and easiest way to reach our staff regarding orders is via email. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you forward or include the confirmation email you received when placing the order in all emails. It speeds things up on our end, and makes the whole return process speedy and effiicent.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site.
